Create Designs Using Simple Programs

One does not need an expensive/complicated computer design program to create clean, clear and professional site design maps. We use both Google Slides and PowerPoint to do 95% of all of our work. There are a few tricks to getting these simple programs to give us the detail we need and we will share these insights in this workshop.Ā

Bill Wilson Co-Founder, Midwest Permaculture

Bill Wilson is the co-founder of Midwest Permaculture with his wife/partner Becky. They have hosted and/or taught over 88 courses and now have 1,700+ graduates of their Permaculture Design Certificate Courses and other Advanced Trainings. Midwest Permaculture is Bill’s full-time work consisting of teaching, some speaking and writing, and providing permaculture design services–but his real passion is teaching.

Megan Christian Design and Teaching Support, Midwest Permaculture

Megan is a long-time mycology enthusiast and certified expert mushroom identifier through MAMI (Midwest American Mycological Information). She is an avid forager, and has experimented with cultivating mushrooms in indoor and outdoor settings. She completed her Permaculture Design Certification through Midwest Permaculture, and now works as an assistant teacher and designer to Bill Wilson. Her passion lies in learning about the role of fungi in soil ecology, and how we as humans can find uses for mushrooms in as many ways as possible.
